You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. playabl will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.
playabl is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer verification on all registered accounts prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges on your account.
